What is included in the exhibition booth?
Exhibition booths include a table, two chairs, power outlet, and Wi-Fi access. Platinum and Gold sponsors receive prime booth locations. You may bring your own banners and promotional materials.
Yes, we offer customized partnership opportunities. Please contact our sponsorship committee at sponsorship@igalaconference.org.ng to discuss your specific needs.
Sponsorships are accepted on a rolling basis until February 15, 2026, but early commitment is recommended to secure prime placement in conference materials. Platinum and Gold sponsorships must be confirmed by January 15, 2026 to be included in the printed program.
We accept online payments via Paystack (credit/debit cards), bank transfers, and cheques. For international sponsors, we can provide bank details for wire transfers. All payments are in Nigerian Naira unless otherwise arranged.
Yes! Your sponsorship includes complimentary registrations as specified in each package. Additional representatives can register at the discounted participant rate.
