Announcing Our First Keynote Speaker
We are honored to announce that Professor Toyin Falola, the Jacob and Frances Sanger Mossiker Chair in the Humanities at the University of Texas at Austin, will deliver a keynote address at the 1st International Conference on Igala Studies.
Professor Falola is one of the world's most distinguished historians of Africa, with over 150 books to his name. His work on Yoruba history and culture has profound implications for Igala studies, given the historical connections between the Igala and Yoruba peoples.
