VISA INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS
Dear international participants,
Please find below important information regarding visa requirements for entry into Nigeria:
Visa Requirements
- All international participants (except ECOWAS citizens) require a visa to enter Nigeria.
- We recommend applying for a Business/Conference Visa at least 8 weeks before travel.
- Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended stay.
Visa Application Process
- Complete the online visa application form at https://portal.immigration.gov.ng
- Pay the visa fee online
- Print the payment receipt and application form
- Submit your application at the Nigerian embassy/consulate in your country
Visa Support Letter
Registered participants can request a visa support letter from the conference secretariat. Please send an email to visa@igalaconference.org.ng with:
- Your full name (as in passport)
- Passport number and expiry date
- Registration confirmation number
- Date of birth
- Nationality
Please allow 5-7 working days for processing.
